Responsibilities
Effectively lead and manage activities and people in all phases of transportation civil engineering projects as well as manage project budgets, schedules, and client needs.
Assure that designs, plans and specifications are in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
Prepare and oversee detailed engineering analyses, design, technical reports, etc.
Create and foster a project team culture of superior service for the client.
Interact with clients, regulatory agencies, and the general public as necessary through project completion. In addition, work on business development activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering field.
Professional Engineer license in the applicable state you work or the ability to obtain license within 6 months.
8+ years of experience in the design and construction of state MnDOT and MN CSAH highway projects preferred.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Working knowledge of project team roles and responsibilities.
Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local standards.
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with groups both internally and externally.
Benefits Competitive pay and significant annual bonuses. The estimated rate of pay is $113,751 - $127,970 depending on experience.
