This position will assist the Digital Residential Experiences Squad product development in ongoing budget-approved Evolve/Digital Experiences Program under ePMO. The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for creating ADA-compliant mobile/web experiences, collaborating with full-stack application development teams, and supporting high-visibility projects. Experience with Adobe DXP/AEM/Analytics stack is a plus. The developer must have a strong understanding of ADA/WCAG compliance standards and best practices for modern web technology stacks. Key Responsibilities

Act as designer-developer SME, assisting with decision-making for high-visibility projects. Create clean semantic HTML markup that meets WCAG & ADA/508 Accessibility standards. Provide development and support for customer-facing design systems including components, defects, accessibility, and templates. Collaborate with analysts, developers, and architects for successful implementation. Design and maintain wireframes, mock-ups, and design files. Hands‑on development using front‑end frameworks (Vue.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, jQuery). Develop reusable and responsive patterns and code libraries adhering to W3C standards. Participate in SDLC processes and Agile ceremonies. Support accessibility audits and remediation using tools like SiteImprove. Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED. Experience creating conceptual and detailed design solutions based on user needs. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, and WordPress CMS (preferred). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of ADA/WCAG compliance standards and remediation best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications

UI/UX design or web developer certifications and training. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Previous experience in Electric and Gas Utility industry. Exposure to front‑end user frameworks (Vue.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, jQuery). Experience working within Agile ceremonies and methodologies. Certifications

UI/UX design or web developer certifications (preferred).
