We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Performance Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of a structured receivables portfolio. This role is responsible for portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and developing strategies that improve payment consistency, reduce delinquency, and support sustainable revenue outcomes.
This is an analytics-driven, strategic role and is not a traditional collections position. The Portfolio Performance Manager will work closely with Operations leadership to monitor trends, design performance strategies, and provide clear reporting on portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities
Own performance monitoring of a receivables portfolio
Develop and execute strategies to improve:
Payment consistency
Delinquency reduction
Portfolio stability and predictability
Analyze portfolio trends and identify early risk indicators
Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
Track key metrics including:
Payment adherence
Delinquency and recovery trends
Cash flow performance vs expectations
Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Design and manage professional email and outreach strategies related to account performance
Support forecasting, performance planning, and process improvement initiatives
Partner cross-functionally to align execution and reporting
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in portfolio performance, receivables management, financial operations, or related roles
Proven ownership of portfolio outcomes and performance metrics
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building reports and dashboards
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Experience developing data-driven strategies that improve payment performance
Strong written communication and executive-level reporting skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Experience in financial services, SaaS, or subscription-based billing environments
Familiarity with consumer payment behavior and performance trends
