Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Project Manager, based in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee infrastructure projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and resolving any project challenges. The position requires regular on‑site presence as well as flexibility for remote tasks, such as project planning and reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in Project Management, with the ability to oversee project execution and ensure on‑time delivery.

Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions to manage and track the procurement and delivery of materials within project timelines.

Skills in Inspection to maintain quality and compliance with relevant standards and codes for project progress.

Knowledge of Logistics Management processes to optimize resource allocation and streamline operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Familiarity with trenchless technologies and utility installation is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
