Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic finance leader with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, who can partner with business leadership to drive growth and profitability. This role goes beyond operational reporting – it focuses on delivering actionable insights, influencing decision‑making, and shaping the financial strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen and stakeholder management capabilities. Roles and Responsibilities: Drive financial strategy by providing actionable insights that influence business decisions and long‑term planning. Lead development of advanced financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend interventions for improved profitability. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and market dynamics. Deliver impactful presentations and dashboards that translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations for executives. Champion transformation initiatives by leveraging analytics, automation, and digital tools to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency. Collaborate across functions to align financial strategies with business objectives and ensure resource optimization. Influence organizational priorities through proactive identification of trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging market opportunities. Qualification / Skills: MBA in Finance / CA or equivalent professional qualification. 8-12 years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, preferably in a leadership capacity. Proven experience in influencing senior leadership decisions and driving strategic initiatives. Strong expertise in financial modelling, scenario planning, and advanced analytics. Proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred); exposure to automation and digital finance solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership. Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
