What You’ll Do
Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.

Qualifications
Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain).
Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.

Ability to work independently in the home setting.
Salary: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour. Employment type: Part‑time. Location: Mansfield, TX.
