Job description The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life & lifestyle choices. You will be front line representative of the company, your role will be to ensure the best in patient service provided during every customer visit. This involves you to learn and understand all aspects of patient services, including processes, tools, and training to deliver exceptional skills in this critical area of customer service.
