Administrative Assistant

Our client, a reputable organization in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position starts as a contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies
  • Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
