Driver In Training
The driver in training is a paid training position to obtain a commercial driver license through the heartland cdl training program. Upon completion of the program, placement into a cdl driver position will be provided.
Job responsibilities include:
- Attend driver training program at heartland coca-cola.
- Complete program satisfactorily within program guidelines and obtain cdl.
- Complete company specific content training such as outlet specific training, driver handheld usage, customer service, and safety.
- Maintain employment with heartland coca-cola for a period of two years.
- Other duties as assigned such as merchandising or assisting in distribution or warehouse (when not actively participating in the driver training program).
