Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, operate registers and cashier solutions.
Provide purchase suggestions and support food program.
Maintain store appearance inside and outside.
Assist customers and perform daily store tasks.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
What You Are Good At
Selling products to customers.
Providing excellent customer care.
Communicating and friendly conversation.
Working at a quick pace while having fun.
Collaborating as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Generating ideas to solve problems.
Thinking quickly and offering suggestions.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail and customer service experience.
Sales associate or cashiering experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in your career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements
Stand or walk up to 8 hours.
Lift/carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift.
Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
Bend at waist with some twisting up to 1 hour per shift.
Grasp, reach and manipulate objects requiring eye-hand coordination; may involve climbing a ladder.
