About The Position We are seeking a responsible, detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills. In this role, you will demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will assist carriers with account inquiries, ensure timely document submission, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide efficient solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dedicated to delivering exceptional support in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers via phone, email, and text
Ensure all parties are informed of necessary information
Assist clients with account updates, invoice submissions, funding status, and general queries related to the factoring operations
Maintain and update accurate information in the company’s operating system
Assist customers with app support
Help customers source loads via load boards and direct relationships
Requirements
Have shared values, meaning play fast and win, be autonomous, and do what you say you are going to do

Have superior communication skills and outstanding problem‑solving abilities
Be customer‑focused, with a passion for providing an amazing customer experience and helping clients achieve great things
Have clear communication with customers

Have incredible time management and organizational skills with the ability to navigate multiple tasks at once
Have earned a High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
1-3 years experience in the logistics field
