Responsibilities
Full maintenance of apartments prior to new residents moving in
Repairing and improving vacant and occupied apartments
Completing resident service requests in a timely manner
Accomplishing carpentry, plumbing, and painting tasks
Performing preventative maintenance tasks
Conducting move‑in/move‑out inspections
Ensuring an adequate inventory level for required parts
Ensuring service shop is clean and organized
Assisting in the maintenance and cleanliness of the property’s indoor common areas
Maintaining well‑groomed grounds and building exteriors including, but not limited to, trash pickup and snow removal
Adhering to established policies related to fair housing
Qualifications
1-3 years of verifiable general maintenance experience
A valid driver’s license
Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and on‑call availability
A high school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 pounds
