POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls, taking messages and providing information when necessary. Maintains the bank lobby area, greets and directs all clients, visitors, job candidates, and vendors. Makes outbound calls to clients to update contact information and records. Provides safe deposit access and assists with dual control for teller line team. Assists staff as directed.
Essential Functions
Answers phones and greets customers portraying the service culture of Sunrise Banks.
Provides customer assistance to meet customers’ needs.
Assists customers with account questions and problems or directs customers to the appropriate department.
Be knowledgeable of safe deposit policies and procedures to assist customers.
Maintain lobby area ensuring brochures are stocked.
Coffee bar duties (Como and Washington only): make cookies and coffee drinks, maintain supplies.
Coordinate mail location, courier runs, and ordering of bank supplies.
Provide support for promotional events as needed.
Perform other responsibilities and special projects assigned by departments of the bank.
Assist departments with special projects and functions.
Maintain vendor logs.
Perform notary services and account updates for clients.
Issue debit cards to clients.
All other duties as assigned.

High school degree or GED required.
One year customer service experience required.
Experience in the financial industry beneficial.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits
Annualized salary range: $41,600 – $55,000. Eligible for benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life, AD&D, Short/Long-term disability, PTO, Volunteer Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, Pet Insurance, etc. More details at www.sunrisebanks.com/about/careers.
