Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Responsibilities
Oversee all store operations during your shift including cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and set a positive example for your crew.
Staff, schedule, and manage paperwork including staffing schedules, cost controls, cash control, food management, marketing, and profitability.
Ensure store cleanliness, marketing, profit, and adherence to standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a perfect store image.
Manage transportation to/from work and maintain punctuality.
Qualifications
General duties for all store team members.
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery to storage.
Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Good verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Must make correct monetary change.
Training & Skills
Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Strong communication skills: written and verbal, including phone orders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under stress, meeting quality standards.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, temperatures, food odors, dust, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand tasks, and use of tools.
Additional Information Pay Range: $17.78 / Hour – $19.85 / Hour.
