Position Summary This position is responsible for fast, friendly, and accurate transactions at the point of sale. It provides a positive customer experience, stocks and maintains merchandising standards on the sales floor, and keeps a clean, safe environment. The associate promotes and adheres to the Goodwill-Easter Seals mission and values.
A Day in the Life
Customer Service: Provides high level customer service throughout the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Store Operations: Follows policies and procedures, executes directives in a timely manner.
Services and Programs: Trains and develops participants to achieve their goals.
Safety: Contributes to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
Job Pay & Perks
Pay Range: $14.20 - $21.29/hr
Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work‑life balance: Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, no overnights or late closing shifts, and limited holiday hours.

Prior Experience & Education
0–3 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
