Responsibilities

Season product to required standards while maintaining continuous flow to packaging lines.

Make minor adjustments to machinery to achieve correct product and seasoning flow.

Troubleshoot, maintain machinery, and keep accurate records.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and safety regulations consistently.

Maintain seasoner with correct seasoning at appropriate levels.

Identify and correct seasoning equipment problems.

Disassemble and assemble seasoning line equipment.

Handle line clean‑ups and changeovers.

Perform chemical, Kosher, and allergen cleaning.

Set up seasoning line equipment and calibrate load cells for accurate seasoning application.

Complete documentation for monitoring the seasoning process.

Retrieve supplies from the warehouse to stock lines.

Assist R&D in testing new seasonings and conducting trials.

Operate case erectors and perform sanitation of scales and drums.

Verify level sensors and no‑seasoning laser sensor using calibration tools.

Assist with scale calibration.

Use operator interface panels to perform seasoning drop tests, adjust settings and operate equipment.

Communicate with Packaging Lead, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and warehouse regarding training, equipment, and supply issues.

Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED and/or at least 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits The base pay depends on work location, experience, job‐related skills and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may be included.
