What You Will Do Perform maintenance activities to ensure environmental compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances, regulations, and building codes. Assist in maintaining the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition free from hazards such as electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
Do You Have What It Takes
Fire and passion for working with seniors
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior experience in maintenance (required)
Prior maintenance experience in an IL/AL/MC setting highly preferred
Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
Professional image in appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills
