Our client, a large Midwest Healthcare System, is upgrading its technology platform and requires multiple Desktop Support technicians for a 1st shift on‑site role. This position offers a clear entry point into a healthcare IT career with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents for Windows and Mac operating systems and across a range of applications. Swap out laptops and desktops, deploy Windows 10 and Windows 11, and re‑image Windows 11 machines from Windows 10. Assist all users with logged IT incidents, escalating to other support teams when necessary. Record, update, and document requests using the IT service desk system. Install and configure new IT equipment and upgrade software and hardware as needed. Resolve incidents involving printers, copiers, and scanners. Maintain a first‑class level of customer service, treating all customers efficiently and appropriately. Qualifications
Previous Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or PC Technician experience preferred. CompTIA Certifications (A+, Network+, or Security+) desirable. Benefits
