Pay

Earn up to $45.77/hr through wage progression

Start rate $32.80/hr, with faster advancement possible

Weekly pay

Full wage progression over 5 years (up to +$2.77/hr increase from start rate)

Shift Differentials: Swing $0.50, Graveyard $0.75, Continuous Days $1.00, Continuous Nights $2.00

Bonus

Annual performance bonus opportunity (up to 4%)

Retention bonuses available

Shifts Compressed 3/4/4/3 schedule (3 days on / 4 days off / 4 days on / 3 days off).

Continuous Night Shift: 6:00pm–6:30am

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments

Work with 120, 208, and 480 VAC circuits

Maintain conveyors, electronics, PLC hardware, and ladder logic

Work with motor control circuitry (VFDs, soft starts, etc.)

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals

Operate shop machines (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinder, power saws, etc.) as needed

Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime

Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and LOTO procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience required

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Experience with preventive maintenance in a manufacturing setting

Ability to read schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders

PLC troubleshooting experience preferred but not requiredCommitment to teamwork and safety
