Job Details Hourly base pay $10.98 + shift differential $5.02 per hour + $3-$12 per hour in tips.
Work schedule: overnight.

Summary The Guest Service Associate (Valet Attendant) provides exceptional hospitality services to guests, managing parking and vehicle retrieval efficiently and safely, and assisting with luggage and guest inquiries.
Essential Functions
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette and greet guests promptly.
Park and retrieve vehicles with care, assist guests with bell services and luggage.
Assist with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provide information about facilities and local attractions.
Explain parking rates, collect claim checks, maintain ticket information, and calculate revenue.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license; ability to operate a manual transmission is desirable.
One month of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
Abilities: read/write standard English, comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, present information to guests and colleagues, perform basic arithmetic with money, understand time systems, understand rates, parallel parking.
Personal characteristics: friendly, professional, courteous, attentive, organized, reliable, able to work independently.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Regular talking or hearing; sit or stand for extended periods; run, walk, handle objects, reach, climb stairs, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
Lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 20 lbs constantly.
Mostly outdoors for the entire shift; exposed to extreme heat and cold.
Travel up to 5 % may be required.
