Full-time, Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Who We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Dental Assistant
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
8-Hour Infection Control Certificate (required by California Dental Board)
Proof of current immunizations and TB screening
Fluency in another language is a strong plus
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with dental tools, terminology, and procedures
Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role
Your Role in Action
As our Certified Dental Assistant you will:
Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms
Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions
Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
