Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter II (Hunter) to manage full‑cycle recruitment and build strong candidate pipelines. This is a full‑time position based in Auburn Hills, MI, transitioning to hybrid after 90 days of in‑office work.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and coaching
Source active and passive candidates for Automotive, Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in VMS environments
Build and maintain candidate networks for key accounts
Conduct daily follow‑ups on recruitment activities and progress
Schedule interviews, negotiate pay rates, and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing learning
Requirements
Proven staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in VMS environments
Strong business acumen, coachability, and enthusiasm
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and database systems
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive under pressure
Core Business Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
