What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus
A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results
Self‑motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
The ability to multi‑task, stay organized , and move fast without sacrificing quality
Openness to coaching and continuous improvement — because growth never stops
Tech‑savvy with MS Office and CRM systems ; confident using multiple digital platforms
A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability

Bonus Points For:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
1+ year of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare roles
Phone‑based experience (customer service, inside sales, or call center)
