Job Description
RAM Mounts USA is seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee the Warehouse book of business.As an Account Manager, you will focus on both nurturing existing business and cultivating new business in the Warehouse markets. You will serve as a trusted consultant and will provide the best-in-class solutions to support the needs of our customers. In this role, you will collaborate with partners to grow the book of business through sales initiatives, project & opportunity management, and being responsive to inbound requests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in the warehouse vertical, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets by identifying opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling RAM Mounts products and solutions.
- Understand customer challenges and needs, recommending the best RAM Mounts solutions to improve their operations, efficiency, and safety.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in manufacturing and warehouse to better serve clients and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing, sales support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of issues.
- Identify and engage with potential new clients in the manufacturing and warehouse industries, contributing to the growth of RAM Mounts’ market presence.
- Regularly report on account activity, sales progress, and customer feedback, using data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
Skills and Specifications:
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a deep understanding of client needs and how to meet them.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strategic approach to account growth and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Comfortable with technology and understanding of how mobile devices and mounting solutions can be used in transportation and field service environments.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency, consistently prioritizing tasks and responding quickly to customer needs and business opportunities.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree from a 4-year accredited university preferred
- Prefer 2-4 years of sales experience or transferrable skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background in manufacturing or technology is a plus
Salary Range: $78,000 - 85,000
- Employer paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
- Three weeks of PTO (up to four weeks with tenure) with seven paid holidays
- 401k with up to 4% employer match
- Additional paid parental leave beyond state/federal offerings
- Quarterly catered lunch events for all employees
