The position will be part time with the possibility of full time. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm. Responsibilities Answering phones Greeting & assisting customers with orders Order Entry/Invoicing Payments Account Maintenance Filing/Copying/Shredding Qualifications Ability to work as a team Ability to navigate office equipment Phone skills & professional demeanor is required Self Starter Quick learner Attention to detail Bilingual preferred (but not necessary) Customer Service experience preferred but not required All qualified candidates will be notified by email/phone for an interview.
