We are seeking a motivated, clinically strong
licensed Optometrist (OD)
to join a growing group of medically focused eye care practices in Westchester County, NY.
This role is open only to Doctors of Optometry licensed or license-eligible in New York State.
Our model emphasizes comprehensive medical optometry, advanced diagnostics, and thoughtful vertical integration—rather than retail volume or walk-in care. This is an excellent opportunity for an OD who wants to practice
full-scope medical eye care
in a structured, well-supported environment with strong compensation and long-term stability. About Our Practices Multi-location, physician-led group with deep roots in Westchester County Medical-first model , including dry eye disease, ocular surface disease, glaucoma management, specialty contact lenses, and advanced diagnostics Scheduled appointments only —no retail pressure and no walk-in volume Fully staffed with
trained ophthalmic technicians
(approximately 1 technician per doctor) State-of-the-art medical equipment , including advanced imaging and diagnostic platforms Vertically integrated organization including optical services, specialty care, and an affiliated MedSpa, supporting coordinated patient care and professional growth Emphasis on
quality medicine, clinical autonomy, and sustainable workdays Position Highlights Full-scope medical optometry with an established patient base Predictable, scheduled clinical days Strong technician and administrative support, allowing focus on patient care Collaborative physician environment with opportunities to expand clinical interests Practice locations in desirable, affluent Westchester County communities Predominantly weekday schedule, with limited Saturday coverage shared equitably among physicians.
