Site Admin Position
We are hiring a Site Admin to join our team! As a Site Admin, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations on-site and maintaining high communication, training, and safety standards. You will work closely with management and associates to meet the site's daily requirements. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional communication with associates, management team, and customers at all times, including emails. Monitor and update the training register for accuracy; upload and coordinate training records (RPR Process) and conduct Quick Count. Perform daily entries of RPR data into PTI, investigate discrepancies, and resolve them. Complete Connecteam tasks as requested by management. Ensure all associate training requirements are met per the training register. Report safety concerns to the Site Manager/Shift Lead. Follow safety rules and procedures at all times. Maintain site supplies and PPE levels for appropriate usage. Submit accurate, timely reports while constantly checking for accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and working areas, and ensure associates follow the cleaning schedule. Work according to GMP and SQF requirements; always ask questions and collaborate as a team player! Schedule: Monday to Friday Possible Saturdays Hours: 6:00 AM
2:30 PM Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
