Position Summary:
The HR Clerk will support the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, employee communications, and some visitor interactions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing orientation packets, and ensuring smooth integration. Maintain and update employee records, including attendance. Assist in tracking the safety program. Help prepare materials for meetings, training sessions, or presentations. Other tasks as assigned. Required Skill:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite High level of confidentiality and discretion Experience Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative or HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment:
