Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) Opportunity
Amergis Staffing is currently working with a much-respected facility in Newton, MA and is hiring an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) on a contractual basis! Position Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks (+ ability to extend) Start Date: ASAP Hours/Shifts/Schedules: 40 (58's) / Days On-Call: As needed Setting: Community teaching hospital Position Requirements: Minimum 2 years of IR Tech experience within a hospital Active MA radiology license or ability to obtain upon offer ARRT, BLS Amergis Travel Advantages: Local office footprint in most major cities across the country Premium pay rates with tax advantage compensation Health/Dental/Vision Insurance available on 1st of month Weekly pay through direct deposit Accessible via office phone, email, or text Emergency, On-call line, available 24/7 Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technician to perform a variety of complex specialized tasks eminent in operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Successful Completion of a 24-mnth AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology Current state licensure or certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications One (1) year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred Current BLS card Current physical exam, if required by state regulations or contract specifications Current TB test or chest x-ray Benefits: Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
