Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Technician: Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting Prepare and paint walls Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades Restore door locks and key systems Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), Weekends Job requirements: Minimum one year of general maintenance work experience preferred Own tools of the trade and be able to bring them to the jobsite Excellent verbal and written communication Background Check Required Ready to take control of the way you work?
