Call Center Representatives at HeadPinz, Bowland & FastTrax Entertainment
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This role is integral to our operations and requires a unique set of skills and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional customer service over the phone and online. Serve as the primary point of contact for potential guests, answering their queries and directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Utilize our database to provide accurate information to callers. Liaise with our sales team regarding inbound calls about group functions. Report any customer complaints to senior management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our POS systems, Square Sales and Ordering system, Conqueror's reservation features, 3CX system, and Quiq. Stay informed about all our locations, including attractions, leagues, special events, birthday party specifications, food specials, etc. Keep updated information on management staff to provide accurate information to call center employees and guests. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Roles: Maintain cleanliness of windows, floors, and bathrooms. Assist with trash removal. Provide support to any area of the center as needed. Uphold a positive representation of Headpinz/Bowland at all times, adhering to our dress standards. Participate in specialized training classes and ongoing training courses as required. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to create a fun and positive environment. Positive attitude.
