Essential Functions Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer Interacts with crew leaders, customers, and vendors Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment is properly stocked Accurate order taking, including repeating orders to customers Setting up or closing down the dining room, restrooms, and patios Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties and re-stocking Physical Requirements Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers Safely navigate in a fast-paced caf environment Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions Working Conditions Most shifts are between six to eight hours, but this may vary Crew members can expect early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Caf uniform and personal hygiene policies Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!
