Thorntons Clean Team Member
In accordance with the operations procedure manual and direction from the General and/or Store Manager, the Clean Team Member is responsible for delighting Thorntons guests by maintaining merchandise and supporting store goals and initiatives. Essential job functions include delivering customer service, keeping coolers, fast lane merchandise, store shelves, and displays fully stocked and fronted at all times, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and cleaning windows, floors, shelving, counters, gas pumps, and restrooms per store operating procedures. The Clean Team Member is also responsible for cleaning the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store as needed, advising store management of any maintenance or safety problems, and practicing safe working habits. Preferred qualifications include experience, knowledge of the English language, high energy, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with others in a team environment. Other considerations include the ability to climb a ladder to clean windows, stock shelves, and make price changes, properly recording time on the TOTS systems, and understanding that company funds are not available for personal use.
