Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES: Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures. Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games. Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers. Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time. Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures. Creates a fun and engaging atmosphere while hosting the game. Keeps a high energy and entertains customers through the game. Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to changes during the game. Being comfortable addressing large audience, speaking clearly and engagingly. The ability to connect with players and make them feel part of the show. Provide players with timely, accurate and professional assistance with the related game general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy. Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company's premises caused by other employees or other causes. Attend educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures. Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management. Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers. Keep confidential information within the company's authorized individuals. Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED High School Diploma / GED. Must be 21 years of age or older At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience. Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment. Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment. Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech's guest service standards. Ability to deal, sort, shuffle and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and attention to detail. Be able to wear assigned uniforms. Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay Rate: $18 hourly + Pooled tips + Hourly Perfomance Bonus (Bonus range from $.25 - $5.00) Vacation Days: 5 days Sick Time: 5 days 10 Holidays pay Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, LTD/STD, Life Insurance. 401K - 4% match

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. Ability to be on live cameras constantly with high beam lighting without protective eyewear.
