Location(s): Midland, Texas Company: Optimized Process Designs Career Field: Maintenance & Skilled Trades Job Number: 141417 QC Tech This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of products and processes within the organization. The QC Tech will work closely with the production team to implement quality control measures and procedures. Responsibilities include: Conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products. Maintaining accurate records of test results and quality control activities. Identifying and reporting any deviations from quality standards and working with the production team to resolve issues. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred. Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment is desirable. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with quality control software.
