Director Of Operations
The Director of Operations assists the General Manager in the overall management responsibility for the operation of the hotel including associate relations, guest service, profitability, product quality, and compliance to Pyramid and franchise standards. Operation of the hotel will be within the framework of approved annual budget, annual marketing plan, annual capital expenditure plan, annual wage plan, and always within the framework of all Company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Must have knowledge in the following areas: hotel accounting principles, hotel maintenance and repair, hotel housekeeping and general cleaning, associate performance management, sales and marketing for rooms, front office procedures, yield management, hotel safety and security, and Food and Beverage. Post high-school coursework in hotel administration/hospitality industry acquired through accredited college or business school, seminar and workshop attendance. 2-5 years previous supervisory experience at a similar size and type of hotel required. Compensation Range: $110,000.00/Yr. - $120,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
