Job Title

This position will fall under the Division of Technology and Court Research's (DoTCR) Jury Support Office. Under DoTCR, the Jury Support Office (JSO) works closely with Jury Commissioners throughout the state to provide direct support for jury systems operations, provide ongoing training development and delivery, coordinates efforts to enhance jury system automation and participation in jury service, conducts research and creates and compiles reports, and designs materials for juror orientation and education. This position will provide support with operational assessments, statistical analysis and auditing, training development and delivery, and help-desk style support alongside a team of court/management analysts, programmers, and computer system analysts. Duties include but are not limited to: Collaborating on new data methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, to analyze and improve qualification rates, service rates, jury pool creation, diversity in the jury pools and efficiency in the Commissioner of Jurors Offices around the state. Assisting the Statewide Jury Coordinator with policy, legal, and operations analysis; establishing and monitoring best practices and standardizing practices across all county offices statewide. Developing materials, forms, website content, written and video training materials, and public information related to courts/jury. Assisting in jury technology application testing and enhancement. Experience with jury system operations, training design and delivery, and data analysis are highly preferred. Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and survey tools is also preferred. JG-25 Management Analyst Base Salary: $94,386 Qualifications: One year in the Principal Court Analyst title; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. OR JG-23 Principal Court Analyst Base Salary: $84,659 Qualifications: One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
