Machinist

Job Description: Conduct visual inspections of parts throughout the shift to identify potential issues early. Set up and dismantle machinery as needed for production runs. Program machinery according to production requirements. Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently. Follow directions from Trainers, Team Leaders, Production Supervisors, and Plant Managers. Job Qualifications: Ability to operate machinery and perform tasks following established procedures. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Strict adherence to safety protocols, including continuous use of personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, hair restraints if applicable, etc.). Commitment to maintaining clean, organized work areas and equipment through good housekeeping practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
