As a Financial Analyst III, you will provide financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard/ad hoc reporting to support the needs of the organization. In this role, you will assume responsibility for standard general ledger reconciliations, expenses analysis and chargemasters. A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information. Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and other issues. Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes. Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution as assigned. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field and three years of financial management or general analytical experience OR Cleveland Clinic Fellow experience and two years of experience OR Master's Degree and two years of experience Ability to complete complex analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Master's Degree Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certification Healthcare experience Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment. In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system. In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
