Table Games Dealer
A Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing an entertaining experience for guests while dealing casino games according to the rules of the game being played. Responsibilities include dealing a variety of casino games as assigned, keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout, reporting suspicious activity to the supervisor, exchanging currency for gaming chips and paying or collecting bets according to house rules in an accurate manner, notifying Casino Games Supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during game, maintaining a thorough understanding of and executing the rules and procedures for each game dealt, greeting and interacting with guests in a professional, welcoming, and attentive manner, and dealing assigned game in accordance with gaming regulations and policies and Golden Nugget policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications include 1 year table games experience preferred, mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, exemplary guest service and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service, thorough knowledge of at least three table games, and must be able to obtain/renew all required licenses. The minimum age requirement is 21.
