We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Center Scheduler to support daily operations by managing front office scheduling for a variety of medical specialties. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work onsite full-time in San Francisco. Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate appointments across various specialty departments (e.g., audiology, podiatry, optometry) Serve as the first point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries Communicate clearly with patients and internal staff to ensure appointment accuracy Utilize internal scheduling systems and tools (EPIC preferred) Maintain accurate records and follow proper scheduling protocols Qualifications

24 years of experience in office or medical scheduling Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin required COVID-19 vaccination and recent TB test required Experience working in a multi-specialty or healthcare setting preferred EPIC system experience is a plus Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability Comfortable working onsite full-time (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM) Additional Details
