As Rework Technician, you will be part of the operations team, consisting of several technicians reporting to Team Leader Production. Your responsibilities include: Repairing or replacing vehicle components Routing harnesses and air hoses Drilling Documenting work and findings Collaborating with quality, production and end of line testing teams Who We Are Looking For
Completed high school diploma or college degree preferred Manufacturing experience in automotive preferred Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Technical background and analytical skills would be an asset Strong willingness to learn and develop Fluent in English Your Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry of 5-7 years. Ability to read electrical diagrams, work instructions Ability to work under vehicles on hoist Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
