Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage bookings using the Booksy app. Provide accurate information about services and promotions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications
Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Information
