We are seeking an experienced Dealer 21 to join our gaming establishment in Kenner, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting table games while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and delivering exceptional customer service. Deal various table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations Execute accurate card shuffling and dealing techniques Perform quick and precise calculations of card values and betting outcomes Process chip exchanges and cash transactions efficiently Monitor game play and maintain game integrity Pay winning bets and collect losing wagers accurately Complete required gaming documentation and records Report any irregularities or suspicious activities to supervisors Provide outstanding customer service to guests Rotate through multiple table games as needed Maintain a professional gaming environment Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older Minimum of six months dealing experience or completion of an accredited dealer's school preferred Demonstrated proficiency in card handling and shuffling techniques Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate payouts quickly Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills Thorough knowledge of gaming rules and regulations Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus during long shifts Manual dexterity to handle cards and chips efficiently Physical ability to bend and reach across gaming tables Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Additional Information
