Job Title: Front Desk Associate
Job Location: Sidney, OH
Pay Rate: $11/hr
Position Summary
Are you a natural leader with a hospitality mindset and the drive to grow? We're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting the operational rhythm of our hotel. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food service or customer-facing environments who thrives under pressure and is eager to take initiative.
Key Responsibilities Deliver smooth and professional check-in/check-out experience Respond to guest needs and resolve issues with confidence and care Maintain accurate front desk operations, including cash handling and shift reports Collaborate across departments (housekeeping, breakfast, etc.) to support daily operations Encourage positive guest experiences through proactive service and attention to detail Support lead generation for group stays, extended stays, and local bookings Track guest satisfaction through feedback and digital platforms Qualifications 3+ years experience at Hilton Hotels OR 6+ years in fast food or casual dining (front-of-house roles preferred) Strong decision-making skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset Flexible availability, especially for weekend and second shifts Tech-comfortable - we'll train you on our reservation and POS systems
