Are you a Solid Waste focused Senior Level Project Manager who is experienced with municipal solid waste landfill design and construction? In this role, you will become part of and lead a dedicated team that provides engineering, operational and environmental compliance support services to a wide range of both public sector and private clients, primarily in the state of Ohio. This role can be based in Maumee, Cleveland, North Canton or Columbus with flexibility to work in the office or with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
ou will lead a team that works on a variety of solid waste management-related projects, including engineering design and permitting, preparation of construction bid documents, construction QA/QC and certification, as well as environmental compliance and operational assistance at municipal and industrial solid waste facilities.
You will perform a wide variety of project duties, including: Develop project work scope and budgets. Manage projects involving multidisciplinary teams. Understanding of permit conditions required for landfill construction and operations. In depth understanding and management of project budget. Ensuring deadlines are met, and planned operations are properly completed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in Ohio landfill and solid waste management engineering is a plus. Proven ability to manage projects, site development, permitting, design, and construction quality assurance/quality control, preferably including acting as an Engineer-of-Record or Certifying Engineer. Candidate must be detailed oriented and have excellent communication and writing skills. Must be able to positively communicate & coordinate with clients. Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering is preferred, with at least 10 years of experience in assigned discipline Ohio P.E. or desire to obtain a P.E. is needed.
