EOE/AA This position will remain open until filled. An excellent opportunity to learn all things F&B! As an F&B Operations Float, you will support multiple departments including front-of-house, back-of-house, and dishwashing, stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Essential Functions: Set up and replenish buffet station with hot and cold items; including beverages, fruits, pastries and other breakfast foods. Ensure all food items are prepared according to health and safety standards. Food running, pre-bussing, and bussing tables Take and deliver food and beverage orders as needed Assist kitchen staff with food prep and plating as needed Maintain cleanliness of F&B areas, including the dining area, bar, and kitchen Restock supplies and barware Support dishwashing and cleaning duties Always provides the highest quality of service to guests. Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management. Qualifications: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to interact with guests and staff in a busy and dynamic environment. Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds. Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked. Ability to communicate in English, bilingual English and Spanish language skills preferred Compensation Range: $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
