We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of our office. The Office Clerk will serve as the first point of contact for both clients and staff, providing necessary assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

Perform routine clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Respond to phone calls and emails, providing information and directing inquiries as needed. Maintain and update office records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required by management. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or similar administrative role. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
