This is a part-time contract opportunity. This is an on-site opportunity in Union City/Oakland, CA. About this Position Are you passionate about arts and inspiring young creatives? As an Arts & Crafts Instructor, you will lead students through hands-on creative projects, introduce them to entrepreneurship, and foster a love for the arts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with students while developing your teaching skills in a supportive environment. Job Responsibilities
Instruct students in arts and crafts projects using a provided curriculum. Lead engaging 90-minute art classes. Prepare materials, including mixing paint and distributing supplies. Capture class moments through photos and short videos. Inspire and motivate students to explore entrepreneurship through art. Job Skills/Requirements
Experience freelancing, exhibiting, and selling art. Ability to provide a digital portfolio for consideration. Versatility in various arts and crafts techniques. Prior experience working with students in classrooms or after-school programs. Ability to pass a background check via fingerprinting. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay: $30/hr Schedule: Start Date: April 14, 2025) Schedule: Mon., Tue, Thurs, Fri. (8-10 hours/week) Work Hours: Between 2:30 - 4:30 PM Why Should I Apply?
