Job Description
This position will be located in Norfolk, Virginia. Responsible for the overall management of electronic gaming devices and the slot repair staff. Resolve equipment operation discrepancies. Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Effectively manage all personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and terminating. Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports. Organize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversions. Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts. Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff. Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory. Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery. Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age. Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines. Must be able to work with various hand tools and power tools. Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. Must be able to stoop over, kneel, and crouch while repairing gaming machines. Must be able to push and pull machines and maneuver weights up to 80 pounds. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Additional Information
